1:1 Coaching
1:1 coaching gives you the time and space to step back from the day-to-day, make sense of what's going on and think differently about what comes next. We’ll explore what matters to you, what might be getting in the way, and what you want to change.
How it works
We start with a free 30-minute introductory conversation via Teams or Zoom. This is a chance to meet, talk about what you're looking for and get a feel for how we might work together. There’s no obligation to continue — it’s important that coaching feels like the right fit for both of us.
If we decide to go ahead, we'll agree what you want to get from coaching and how we'll make it work. I'll also send you a questionnaire to find out more about you so we can hit the ground running.
Sessions are usually 60 minutes, with the frequency shaped around what you need. Some people prefer regular sessions over a period of time; others want more space between conversations.
Three to four weeks between sessions is a good starting point as it gives you the chance to act on what we discuss.
How much it costs
I offer a few options, so you can choose the level of coaching that works for you.
1-2 sessions £80 each
3-5 sessions £75 each
6+ sessions £70 each
You can change your option as we go. If you decide you'd like to continue with more sessions, your new rate will apply to future sessions.
For example, if you initially book one session and then decide you'd like to continue for five sessions in total, your first session would be £80 and the following four would be £75 each.
Terms of booking
Payment is taken in full via bank transfer before coaching begins. For block bookings, the full amount is payable when you book the sessions (sessions must all be taken within 12 months).
If you decide that coaching isn't for you, you're welcome to stop at any point. Any outstanding sessions from a block booking will be refunded.
At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or rearrange a session. Sessions cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full.
